1. Who We Are

EveryHuman connects real people with real brands through campaigns, events, and activations. We provide opportunities for different kinds of humans to participate in campaigns, events, and other brand experiences.

 

2. Signing Up / Use of Services

• By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

• Signing up does not guarantee work; it adds you to our pool for consideration.

• EveryHuman reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

• A formal contract will be provided for all confirmed jobs outlining payment, usage, and responsibilities.

 

3. Roles & Responsibilities

All Talent agrees to:

• Act professionally and respectfully.

• Follow instructions during campaigns or events.

• Adhere to EveryHuman’s brand values: Keep it simple. Keep it human.

 

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts for each job.

• EveryHuman is not responsible for any unpaid wages outside of signed contracts.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All content created during campaigns, events, or shoots remains the intellectual property of EveryHuman or the client, unless otherwise agreed.

• Talent grants EveryHuman a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted media for casting, internal purposes, or promotion.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By signing up, you consent to EveryHuman storing and using your information for casting, communications, and campaign purposes.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• Talent participates at their own risk.

• EveryHuman is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

• Talent agrees to indemnify EveryHuman against any claims arising from their actions during participation.

8. Termination

EveryHuman reserves the right to remove a Talent from the platform, campaigns, or events at any time if:

• Behaviour is unprofessional, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

• The Talent fails to fulfill the agreed responsibilities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
